Teaching as a practice of sharing is a huge part of my artistic process and it’s a channelling and deep intuitive space for me.

My learning and growing process. Teaching is sharing energy and knowledge. I’m never above no one when I teach.

I started teaching regular classes in Lisbon in 2006 and I did it with no stops until 2018, when I paused and I started to teach mainly workshops in festivals or professional dance schools.

I’ve been around a bit in dance festivals, mainly in the Fusion and contemporary dance scenes (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, England, Belgium, Poland, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Estonia, Slovenia, Russia), India (Delhi and Bangalore), Taiwan, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and USA (Atlanta, New York and Oakland).

Through the years I also taught in different communities and social projects, to kids, adults and elders.

I deeply try that my spaces are safe spaces for all and no type of discrimination will ever be admitted. My spaces are queer, anti racist, anti fascist and opposing misogyny and patriarchal power systems.

Ensinar como prática de partilha é uma grande parte do meu processo, assim como um lugar de profunda receção e intuição .

Comecei a dar aulas regulares em Lisboa em 2006 e continuei sem parar até 2018 quando fiz uma pausa e passei sobretudo a leccionar workshops em festivais e escolas profissionais.

É um dos processos de crescimento mais incríveis, porque recebo sempre tanto quanto dou. Sou aluna enquanto ensino.

Festivais: Europa (Portugal, Espanha, França, Itália, Alemanha, Holanda, Inglaterra, Bélgica, Polônia, Croácia, Finlândia, Grécia, Estônia, Eslovênia, Rússia), mas também Índia, Taiwan, Brasil, México e EUA.

Procuro profundamente que os meus espaços sejam espaços seguros para todes e que nenhum tipo de discriminação seja admitida. São espaços queer, anti racistas, anti fascistas e lutam contra misogenia e sistemas de poder patriarcais.
