Vogue PT Chapter was born in 2019 by Piny 007 and Mother Nala Revlon as a way to promote Ballroom culture in Portugal.

The aim was to create a steady ground for the scene to develop with political and social awareness, slowly but surely, providing workshops, trainings, talks, gatherings, Vogue Nights, Kiki Balls and Major Balls. Now, after 4 years the scene is flourishing.

We organize things independently but we also bridge to the institutional spaces, so we can give visibility and conditions to our community, making it side by side with other art forms, giving space to queer art but always focusing in the ballroom history, starting from Black and Latino Trans women.
